Villa "Moulin Jeune" is located  in a quiet residential area approx. 1 km from the seashore,  at an altitude of 100 m. There is a splendid view of the Gulf of St. Tropez and the surrounding houses and gardens. The top floor is used by the Dutch owner. On the lower floor, close to the swimming pool is an apartment (approx. 1050 sq. Ft.) It offers plenty of  room for 8 persons. The garden surrounds a beautiful pool and has several terraces, offering both sun and shade.  The location is not suitable for wheelchairs. A centre for self-dialysis can be found in the vicinity.  St. Tropez is 12 miles from the house. In summer traffic is very intense. In July and August there is a direct boat connection from Les Issambres to St. Tropez.  Cosy Ste. Maxime is only 5 miles southwest, You will find Fréjus / St. Raphael and a railway station for High Speed trains (TGV) and Car / Train 8 miles north east. Nice / Cote d'Azur Airport is approx. 44 miles east. The Grand Canyon  du Verdon, St. Paul de Vence and Monaco are splendid destinations for day-trips. Also, several golf-links can be found in the neighbourhood.
